Thanks also for not replying to my mini-rant. All part of the game. I was fortunate in East Poland, and I do not recall much else from this game. The 6 fighters I lost so quickly was very unexpected and quite a setback, and a result of highly unlikely dice, so was frustrating, I know you understand.

I know the feeling, I’ve had some pretty horrible rounds too. I once had 5/7 US bombers shot down in 1 stinking turn when I went after multiple facilities and factories in Europe. You got some early luck last game that I compounded with some bad play in the Pacific and yeah EPol was not a fun one. I knew you could hit me there, but I was ok with it since I thought I’d do you some more damage.
If we play enough games, we all have the same luck, I think!

I was disappointed in losing one more infantry than I expected when assaulting Egypt, but it doesn’t matter if the counterattack goes poorly.
