  • hey I edited your planes on to the nearest island. I wasn’t sure how you wanted to loose your pieces. if you want to take planes in stead go ahead and edit how you would have done it.

    typically you would damage a carrier, then take 2 planes before damaging another carrier unless the defender specifies a different OOL.  It’s too easy for the attacker to come in, damage the carriers then retreat and let the defending planes splash.

    In this case there have been so many rounds and rolls that it would be difficult to recreate the actual results had you done that.

    At the end of the turn I had 3 fighters and 1 damaged battleship.  I’ll change that to 1 carrier, 2 fighters and no battleship (trade the damaged battleship and a fighter for a carrier).  The results would be roughly the same.
