Tough dice in that round for you!
Captain, I don’t know if there is one nation you always feel to be jinxed with, but for me it is the Italians. Doesn’t matter if logistically I am playing them well or more likely poorly, the dice just never seem to work out with them. There should be a sub-forum dedicated purely to the horror stories of “Nations that always ruin your A&A life”……
Dude trust me I can relate! UK in original game format would = loss for me Almost every time! In this game I would blame gamerman for killing my bomber last round. That transcended karma to me screwing you in your Italian counter attack. Mixed with your Italian ineptitude it seems the results are catastrophic lol!
Yes, ineptitude would sum it up completely. It’s almost like a mental block; If Hitler and Hirohito are going well for me, I always know that Mussolini is waiting in the winds to screw me before the round is over. But as you noted, we all have our horror stories.

Touché! And for the record at least your historically accurate in your game play. Mussolini’s impatience with Yugoslavia and Greece cost Germany 4-5 valuable months in which they delayed Barbarossa.
