    it can be very frustrating…I think all of us “regulars” feel it. It’s especially hard during T1 as some conflicts must be made w/out longer term planning.

    I’d just like to play a game where the outcome isn’t decided before the end of the first turn due to dice. It is hard for the dice to ‘even out’, when the game is already over.

    one thing I noticed about this game (G40) is even if there is bad dice, if the dice don’t even out, that your opponent skill level can still mean you can “pull one out” and with the mistakes I make on a regular basis, there is always hope!! :lol:

  • True - though, I didn’t really WANT to use Germans there - plus, it cost Italy some bucks via convoys. In the end, and I didn’t look too closely, it might have evened out - though Italy will be stuck with a minor airforce going forward…

  • Dice have come back - at least for now. Japan did well against China there - losing one plane only (though, 3 probably would be average - of course, you could have 6 times as well and made that the end of that)  :evil:

    I really wanted to DOW this round - but - still trying to get set back up in Europe and couldn’t afford to let the US into the war quite yet….
