  • Gotta say, you are not getting my best effort!!!  You quit on me once, then said you would have quit if you lost the battle against the US.  Doesn’t make it too fun for me to play.

    My recent moves should be a pretty good indication of that.  Purchased nothing with ANZAC.  Could have bought 2 transports and taken 3 islands back.  Now I can’t take any cause I also did not attack your destroyers with the US.

    I only say this cause it is gonna be hard to find people to continue to play with you if you consistently quit when things don’t go right :-)

    I have gotten pretty diced in this game yet here I am playing, albeit, very quickly with little thought involved.

    Hm ok. I don’t know what the general census on conceding is. Personally, if I don’t see a way of winning, I don’t see a point in continuing a basically lost match. If you would have taken Rome with 6 Transporters, there would have been no way for me to stop you from spreading in Europe, eventually leading to a defeat. I don’t always give up, when things don’t go right. But this would have been a game deciding battle.

    Maybe you’re right, maybe I give up a little fast. I’m sorry for that, I will try to improve that behaviour.
    Concerning our game, I would love you to give your best. I’m still learning and consider you a better player than me. I can only improve, if you’re performing to your skills. So if you like, we can edit something -> maybe remove my two destroyers and put a US unit in one of the seazones (pretending one of my destroyers would have hit). And adjust your PU with anzac, give you one or two of the islands. i don’t know, anything?

  • Well, I lost London cause you set it up well.  Then I proceeded to lose in southern Italy with an 80% chance to win getting 0 hits in the process.  This caused me to lose my small navy and 3 TT’s.  Along with that debacle,  I attacked your Japan force by Java with a 55% chance to win.  I proceed to get 2 hits resulting in 1 kill.

    I donated my entire European US navy (by my mistake of course) and I was still ready to continue until you said you would have quit. Â

    I am just saying that in order for this game to be fun for everybody, you have to play it out a bit.

    I played a guy and the axis were producing 229 ipcs to the allies 120.  He continued to play until I asked him if he wanted to quit.  That made it fun for me as the winner.  He probably learned a lot as well.  I posted that game so you could see how ridiculous it got.

    Now I get that there is a point where you can’t win, but in the first six turns is pretty early.  Over half of the allies haven’t even really played at that point.  It is merely watching your guys get killed :-D

    With that said, I don’t need any edits.  Let’s just finish so you can hang out in your vacation home in India!!! :-D
