I’d like something more historically accurate. Like moving production values east and giving USSR the ability to scorch facilities. If they could reduce the value of their terr to ‘1’ and destroy the factories, well that makes it that much tougher for Germany to replace losses deep in Russian terr. Plus by moving the production back, Russia can keep some more of it’s income for longer.

And to offset, maybe Germany should have some way of defending Western Europe better from amphibious assault, that doesn’t involve giving them more units (that they could just send to Russia) -
He gave the Japanese kamikazes, so there is precedent. Would make sense to give each nation a special ability like kamikazes - is inconsistent to only give Japan a national advantage
