    Well, I just finished a game against the computer where I got zero hits round 1 with all axis forces.  This after getting diced to crap round 1 in a league game here too.  By that I mean even when I won it left me so devastated I would have been far better off not attacking at all.

    I beg to differ!  The dug in defenders of the Philippines, after miraculously fighting off waves of Japanese invaders mere months ago, and without resupply being provided due to enemy naval activity, managed to successfully kill off more waves of Japanese invaders using rocks, debris and any other makeshift weapon available to them!  Eventually outmanned and out gunned, the poor defenders were beaten down resulting in a mere 7 survivors who, instead of surrendering, forced the Japanese to physically subdue them and are still not talking to interrogators. :P

    (shh, it’s all in the spin!)


    Also I want to declare now, that if I forget to do it, my intention is to move the Australians up with the American fleet now residing around Iwo Jima and on Iwo Jima.  I leave town for home tonight and I can’t get tripleA to work at home (yet) so I don’t want to forget and leave them out there to fight the Japanese alone. lol
