Since there was no subs in 93, I assumed that you would go with maximizing your defense for the second round. With knowledge of both of your units hitting and me retreating, you would probably rather have the destroyer left, but usually you expect only 1 hit out of a cruiser and a destroyer. If you did keep the destroyer though I would commit the bomber to the battle to finish it.
