You can go ahead and change your American combat and non-combat moves by using the edit function. You can also re-do your UK attack (if needed) by starting with the China map.
In any case, the Chinese turn is rolled / done and we should not re-roll that.

There might have been one of the prior versions that worked like that, but not 1940.
Page 19 of Europe rule book, combat sequence:
1. Place units on battle board
2. Attacking / defending submarine surprise strike and / or submerge (sea only)
3. Attacking units fireThere is more detail written down under.
The AAA software should have given you a decision to submerge the sub before the battle. Like scramble decisions, this is a stopping point where we need to consult each other.

No problem. There are a lot of rules to remember, I still get surprised once in a while! :-D
Glad I can keep my sub, which is keeping the Canadians away and destroying UK’s industry.

For further reference, I will nearly always submerge a lone sub against cruiser or battleship. Subs punch better on attack, so I prefer to live and fight another day.
