I retreated after 1 round and clicked through done before making all noncoms. I tried to edit moving troops in Yugo/Romania/Bessarabia but it will not let me remove troops from Romania. I moved the inf/art combo to Bessarabia but now it says I cannot remove transported troops without removing transport. Not sure what is going on but I am going to upload the game file and try to edit them out afterwards. I know there has to be a way to remove the one inf and art.
