I don’t want to post without consulting you first. So here is what I would do:
build 3 fighters, 2 tacticals to replace last turns losses, 1 bomber to advance the agenda, and 1 mech to replace the 2 mech forced to stay behind and grab S. France.
Grab south france, slide 1 aagun there, leave 1 aagun in empty France (you can slide italians in there), 1 aagun in W.
