ok here it goes….
Limited Production 1.0
there are three types of Factories: Air, Sea, Land…
Air Produce Aircraft
Sea Produce Naval Ships
And Land Produce Tanks and Artillery(if you are Playing with them)
For every IPC you have it is turned into 2 chips. Each Factory can have only so many chips under it… hence(using normal building costs) it can only build the amount of chips it has… And it is hard to tell one factory to give some more metal to the other one… therefore from one Factory to another(note: distance between them does not matter) it can only transfer 3 chips per turn… Infantry are produced in Territories according to IPC level (they must be an original territory though…)
this is to signify constant production from all factories instead of just the “Land” factory :wink: …

All 3 Factories Start in the original locations except…
No Sea in Russia :roll:
No Air in Southern Europe
No Air on West USA -
What about purchase of new ICs? And I think W. US should have air as well.

New IC’s can be built for 12 IPC’s instead of 15… yeah your right W should have Air
