    well be glad we finished it on the forum and not in marti - i saved an extra 3 bombers in the tripleA battle (may have been only 2 if the acc rolled a 3 or 4).  :roll:

    ok, we have an issue… amazingly.

    by accident, i took the 2 transports into the battle.  go any issue with saying those were not moved in the combat move but instead just sat still in z125?

    this is where “Me1945” would probably INSIST that the transports WERE moved in combat and therefore MUST remain in z110.  :roll: :roll:

    dude, i don’t know how to tell you this, but that russian attack…  forget it, it’s just not going to get through to you.  i’m done trying.

    but seriously, you should check out what he is asserting in our game, pretty comical.

    i’m almost certain you will not have an issue with me accidentally taking the transports in with the rest of the fleet (shift + click) when there was ZERO reason to take them in.  however, i guess i had better ask.


  • yes once you cleared my air and had any units left my transports are dead. didn’t need that sub since you had a bomber left anyways

    and yes you can relocate your transports

    thanks i appreciate your reasonableness in this matter.

    regarding my sub question, what i was getting at is this:  my sub kept firing and you had no boats to defend.  if i had retreated after round 3 where my sub fired and missed, would your transports have survived?  i think the answer is yes.  so since i had the sub, if my air had gotten defeated i would have sunk your trannies of course.  but what i was getting at is would i still have killed your trannies if i retreated before defeating your air.  i think the answer is no, i would not have killed them, to kill them i would have to continue the air battle… what do you think?

    i mean, i could still have killed them and still retreated before defeating
    your air, but ONLY if the sub had hit twice during the battle rounds after
    round 2.

    your sub wouldn’t automatically kill when I still had units defending.  if both of our air wiped, your sub would have then killed both transports automatically

  • I see where you going, since my air can’t hit your sub and eventually you’d hit, but you had to stay in the battle. if you retreated you would have to retreat with the sub as well.
