Hi, not sure when you read this…from my memory of the map, I will likely attack the US fleet off Gib. Issue is, TripleA wont allow to bring all air, 5 I think. I would land them on the now friendly neutral terr that I would capture via TT during non combat. I can land air there this way.

You cannot bring all 5 air, as they have nowhere to land. Triple A is correct. You can only land air units in territories that were friendly to you (i.e. yours or an ally’s territory) at the beginning of your turn. Friendly-Neutrals are still considered neutrals, so at the beginning of your turn, Rio de Oro does not belong to your or an ally. The fact that you can land there (assuming you win the naval battle for a landing) and convert it to Germany territory doesn’t matter, as it wasn’t yours at the BEGINNING of your turn.
So in sum, you can only get the carrier-based planes there, not the 2 ftr 1 tac from Germany. Neutrals, regardless of friendly or hostile, still count as neutrals and cannont be used for landing purposes. You can never land in newly acquired territories, with the exception of UK Pacific and ANZAC landing in the Dutch East Indies because of their custodial relationship with the Dutch.
Actually, I forogt a NCM as the UK to move my fighters to Gib! As I have noticed it before German has moved, and it would not have affected Italy’s turn, I will upload the edit. Please let me know if this is acceptable or not. Cheers.

The principal issue aside you might have a point. I tried with TripleA, and it did let me land fighters at the end of non-combat after I took it in non-combat. I will check.

I dont claim to see through all this Mongolia stuff….so it seems Japan cannot attack Mongolia now, but has to wait until they become friendly with Russia? Before your attack on the neutrals, I could have attacked Mongolia - as part of the strict neutrals…now that Mongolia still is still neutral, I cant any longer?
You got me with this one. I THINK you should still be able to declare war on Mongolia. The problem is, Mongolia is lumped in with the strict neutrals, when perhaps they should be a seperate, stand-alone power, as the pro-allied / pro-axis neutrality switching has no bearing on them.
I’ll go ask on the forums if this needs to be fixed.
In the meantime, if you really want to declare war/attack Mongolia, you can use the EDIT to change a Mongolian territory & units to US or UK before you attack it.
it depends on the consequences…do the now pro axis neutrals switch back? If no, then I attack Mongolia, I have nothing to lose by it any longer. They switch Russian anyway if I attack russia.
