    I don’t have access to the map or the game, but if I remember right Quebec borders on sz 106 and therefore you should have been able to load (I seem to remember running into this problem myself before).  If I am remembering this correctly, then I can edit on the Italian turn.  I will assume you want to land them in Morocco, unless I hear otherwise.
