Refresh my memory, but in CLASSIC Axis and Allies if you park your warship (to include transports) in an enemy sea zone port (ie Sea of Japan, SZ NOR, BAR, ECO, WCO, etc) the enemy may not build any warships in that port until all your ships are destroyed (or retreated in the case of submarines.)  Right?

Good, then I think I am about to add another win to my tally. =)  He cannot defeat the American Navy with Japan and has no Japanese navy at all.  But if he built one and forced me to attack or retreat, I’d have to retreat. whew. :)

Yea, that’s kinda how I surmised.  Like in Revised when you buy too many units for your Industrial Complexes the extra units are lost into the void.

So that’s good.  Japan will be totally cut off, if he ever manages to post a move!
