Got it, I didn’t see that I also had a FAQ, was thinking I only had the CLASSIFIED clarification
Now I see my specific question is answered, the carriers could not even split up during a combat move that ends in the same place

Haha, feel free to surrender when you want. I was just waiting to hear from you about when you wanted to stop!
The game has been lost for long time, I am not one to delude myself. But I thought it would be nice for the winner to have all capitals. Well played, well fought, congratulations!
Thank you! You played a good game too.
The offer still stands if you want to play again, this map or another.
You will have to give me an analysis about my mistakes first :)
None of your moves were particularly bad, they just didn’t work together so well. The good forces in this map have a great ability to work together, especially early on. The Elves in particular have to be quick to prevent the goblins from becoming super strong. Holding Eregion and keeping pressure on Moria is important. Hobbits are also very useful because even though they don’t have attack power, they can be supported by artillery, so they get a +1. The only other thing is that you left alot of targets open for the two-hit units to attack, so I could kill the elves for cheap when my nazgul were in range. Huge stacks keep that problem away.
yes, those Nazguls were given free reign. With only one game now I have no clue yet on how to handle the goblins. I will ask for a rematch in a bit, if you then still agree to it.
