i’m not going to say we have a better strategy. 
we have made some mistakes, and so have you. 
if the luck was even, i still think we would win eventually, but more because i think the game is not balanced with a 9 bid for allies. 
we’d probably be pretty even right now, though in the long run i still don’t see how you could hold both moscow and india at the same time.  and if i went the route of going for a g8 take, i would have also turned europe into a fortress, so even though you would eventually kill italy’s fleet, you wouldn’t be taking italy or holding france or the balkans.

and yes, i must be missing something.  i’m calling your bluff.  what is this masterful trick you’ve been hinting at since day 1?

actually i’m a little disappointed because i don’t think any of the tricks i had planned are even going to be needed…  :|

this one is laying out quite straightforward - we are going to bleed the axis dry, slowly but surely.  the reason cow wants a quick game is because he cant handle the complexity of a grander game.  too bad cuz he’s gonna have to face it.  :lol:

Still not a bad G5. Forced him to give up the neutrals. Airbase on poland not exactly the most useful thing, but we get some infantry in return for it. Air is always good to have.

What do you mean? You have to war neutrals to cross that. Mongolia is neutral. Russia has to war with neutrals. Mongolia can never side with Japan… but how does it go to Russia still?

Going to war with one Neutral means all other neutrals shift to pro axis. Mongolia does become pro axis only if attacked by Russia. Since it is Russia declaring war… they could become pro axis.

What matters is if those territories become pro axis or not. It seems like they do if it is Russia that declares war on neutrals, which is usually not the case.

Mongolia counts as a strict neutral, but if the special exception thing exempts it from becoming pro axis barring an actual attack… so be it.

Turkey Sweden and Afghanistan… is lots of inf. I like it. You guys can go attack all the neutrals, it takes a long time before they turn around and pay themselves off.

i am so glad you guys posted all that crap just before this trap is sprung… it really couldn’t be more beautiful.  i was actually HOPING THAT FTR would get shot down in russia so you would go for a G6.  8-)

NOW, the thing is, if you are hacking the dice server then all our planning will be for naught anyway.  but if you ARE NOT hacking the dice server, you might want to get busy with that right away cow.

If Russia (or US) attacks a strict Neutral, Mongolia remains friendly to Russia, unless Russia attacks Korea or a Japanese controlled territory. It would then become strict Neutral and Russia loses its special relationship with it.

You can never fly over a Neutral unless you are attacking it.

actually we are not waiting for a confirmation because IT’S RIGHT THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE IN THE RULEBOOK.  maybe you should crack that thing open, grab a few cups of coffee, and get familiar with it.    :-o :-o
