Of course it didn’t matter in this situation because you had 4 infantry in Archangel anyway, so I’m glad you split them up so I could ask before it becomes a significant issue
I was testing the game engine myself. One limit of the engine is that you cant paratroop out of a friendly airbase. That doesn’t seem to match to the rule, “up to 2 inf in each ter with an airbase”. The rule would seem (to me) that I can use airbase, not just native or captured ones.

You’re going to have to post when you’re using an ally’s air base to establish that you are making the move, and then
Roll it on the forum. Then edit it later. Unless you can edit the infantry in to the battle in edit mode during the movement phase (note that you can click them over - you don’t have to add/remove)

I’ve rolled 16 tech dice against you and got nothing
I rolled 14 against Allweneed and got nothing, until I got a meaningless one after the game was pretty much decidedThat is bad luck.
Poor infrastructure, playing me a tech game where my luck will even out. Although I’ve rolled 3 or 4 now and got heavy bombers with USA but that’s it.30 dice in 2 games without a tech hit!!

It’s bad luck that you didn’t get the six when you wanted it, that’s forsure. Lucky for the universe in a binary karma balance, any bad luck for you is good for me (or allweneed!), so it’s a zero sum model at least. That should help you sleep, I’d think.
