Hey, for future reference, the US cannot have naval units in any SZ around a Japanese territory until you’re at war. So you couldn’t have had your sub/dd around that island Round 1 or your fleet off of the Caroline islands Round 2. It doesn’t matter now, but it could in another game. It’s one of those things the game engine allows that’s against the rules.
