    I was testing the game engine myself.  One limit of the engine is that you cant paratroop out of a friendly airbase.  That doesn’t seem to match to the rule, “up to 2 inf in each ter with an airbase”.  The rule would seem (to me) that I can use airbase, not just native or captured ones.

    You’re going to have to post when you’re using an ally’s air base to establish that you are making the move, and then

    Roll it on the forum.  Then edit it later.  Unless you can edit the infantry in to the battle in edit mode during the movement phase (note that you can click them over - you don’t have to add/remove)
