However, if Cow does let it slide, he can always say “it was because I let you move your sub”.  And Cow can also win himself some favour with me, the tournament public, and team Bolddutch.

How could Bolddutch refuse him in a future scenario, if they’ve let this one slide?

It is almost entirely inconsequential I just realized I forgot to move it out of sight out of mind.  I dont want to use any game capital to move it other than I would be willing to also allow inconsequential noncom edits.
