I’m kind of in the same boat there. I’m even a bit confused as to when/what exactly triggers the Mongolian political actions (some of it is obvious, but some more subtle, or I just haven’t seen the official explanation). I think the concept of attacking and opening up more space is interesting for the trade-off.Â
The Mongolian NAP seems to work pretty good in the AAA engine. Â If Russia attacks Manchuria or Korea, it voids the pact and Mongolia becomes a True Neutral. Â If Japan attacks Amur, Buryatia, Yakut, Yemisey or Timguska then all the Mongolian provinces switch to Russia and any INF in them become Russian.
For the most part, the only trigger provinces are really Amur, Buryatta and Timguska.
