  • Well gents, that’s GG in Europe… unless you can pull something super-fantastic out of your @$$ by the end of turn.

    Pacific is just an extended mopping-up operation at this point as well. When LA falls, it’s hard to swing back after that.

    At this point, if you have any comments on the variant, they’d would be welcome.

    Just in case you feel it’s unbalanced, I’d be willing to play the Allies if you’d like to see it from the other side…


  • The variant seems interesting enough, but too long to set up and a bit uneven for both sides. Although that does mean both sides are at an initial disadvantage the game still does morphs into the usual suspects again. The fact that China had no air power really hampered its long range capability.

    I am in for another shot at this variant with the Axis. I’ll play Japanese and Carl will take Germany and Italy. Although it up to Carl if he wants to take turns with Italy. This way one of us would move for Italy every second turn. I know this may get confusing but we will prompt each other when it is their Italy turn.
