I just think this way because the first two times I played this game I found the Axis at a huge disadvantage with almost no plausible way to win.

just in case you were wondering. I sent four bombers and an early fighter to wipe out the russian subs in the first round of combat. If any would have survived I would have submerged them. :evil:
