    Huh, I thought you had to roll a 1 or 2 in order to reduce income with Convoy Damage, in which case I totally whiffed that roll.

    they modified the rules.  subs get two rolls, and it’s a 1, 2 or 3.  And it doesn’t count up the hits, it’s basically rolling a 3 means you convoy 3.  So if a sub rolls 3,3, I would lose 6 total ICs.  That’s what makes subs more valuable now.
