Unbelievable Steve. I took a shot at a tech - I was planning on 5 IPCs a turn until I’m dead - and got shipyards on my first roll.
Of course, I lost badly in Kwangtung shortly thereafter, which is at least a 14 IPC turnaround for you plus you don’t have to take it and it’ll be hard for me to… :-)
