    I still say you are ahead in this one - but, I have not played a game like this but once, so - I am not sure the best way to go forward…

    Wow, really?  I would have called this game for you around round 5 - 7.  I would say I could win if I had managed to get Japan totally off the mainland but you kept just enough of their planes alive to prevent that- that’s why i was thinking maybe I started spending on Europe 1 turn too soon.  Now that German troops have access to Asia I don’t think I can crack Paris or Rome before Japan makes a comeback.
