    Sorry about all the editing confusion… I had intended to SBR the IC in Indochina, and thought somehow I missed it when the game asked me what my target was.  Then after I fixed things I double-checked the rules and saw that TAC Bombers can’t SBR ICs (which doesn’t make too much sense, if you can bomb one building you can bomb them all), so I had to change it back.

    it makes sense.  tacs can hit military targets, which they were designed to do.  Strategic bombers represent the wholesale carpet bombing of an entire territories industrial capacity.  No way tacs could destroy that capability.

    Well, I thought they had already accounted for the design difference between STRAT/TAC Bombers by giving the STRAT Bomber the +2 on the die rolls when doing SBR.
