I don’t really know what the magic number of days is, but I remember it being fairly easy to buy whole power sets of pieces on ebay a month or so after Europe 1st edition was released.

But in seriousness, the cheapest I’ve seen here is $65 + shipping to preorder. Considering the exchange rate, you’d probably be ahead with shipping if you bought from my source.
I am waiting until Infinity Games in Wales gets it as I preordered 1941 from Cool Stuff(US) and ended up paying 20 pounds more in Import Tax and Parcel Forces Handling Charge(UK).
I ordered from this company in Wales and got the game first and almost half the price.
I am never getting stung again, so I understand marechallesannes’ doubts over using a company from another country. I am not sure where to find out what the UK charges would be anyway.
