Game mixing up who's attacking?

I’m playing a game against AI, and some turns( this has happend to me 2 times) the game confuses which country is attacking , and which is defending…example…
I’m defending with 3 Arm, 4 Inf, Attackers have 2 Arm, and 2 Inf left. But on their attack they get 7 rolls!! 3 at 2, and 4 at 3…is there a patch for this?

The tripleA, I started a game last night and I was getting wiped out by small #'s of units, then I noticed the attack sequence was off

The normal first attempt to correct such issues is to uninstal and reinstal…

Can you attach a saved game file here? Save it just before combat, and make sure you describe the behaviour in detail (ie. which battle is screwing up, which round, what the rolls were, what you think they should have been, etc.)
