    For some reason, the game sees my tank on Java as being on a transport. This meant that I could not load it on an actual transport and move it and it prevented me from deleting it through editing.

    I have added that transport in Shan State and until I can delete it from Java we can pretend it is not there.

    (I made some other edits because my head hurt from doing math and I forgot to move some units :))
