I never got an idea on how to win this…and when i started to understand this map a bit it already was too late…

Yeah, I think the Central Powers need to be very decisive in their moves early on making them very difficult to play for a new player. The biggest thing is that the Central Powers should have gained control of the Med early, but they were unable to do that. Also, not focusing on Russia in your first few turns didn’t help either.

Good game though. This is my first time playing this game, and it seems very interesting.
