Nope. One or two can’t get away anyway.
The ability of the Japs to cross over from north to central front and back, at will, is a HUGE advantage. Now I have another choke point, and that’s worth more than a couple of infantry that won’t see any action for many rounds. -
That is, the ability of the Japanese to freely cross over from North Russia to North China and back.
I suspected it would be that way as soon as I processed the Mongolia rules in my mind for the first time. Couple games with you proved it.
