Doesn’t the Axis and Allies game already have a built-in patch to play over the zone, namely vers. 1.33?
From what I understand they do have this patch, which I recently installed, but its not a built in patch.

I could be wrong and thinking of someone else tho. I thought he was from KC area and put a list together of people.
