    I think it is the rule that says Garg can add French units to the board whenever and wherever he feels like…. at least, that’s how the rule translates into implications for gamers.

    dutch i have decided that the 9 ftrs on midway may be a bit of overkill.  i doubt they would have attacked midway if you had left only 3 there.  :-o

    They were tired of being at sea.  They didnt get to land in Phil, of NG, or Caro.  I promised them some shore leave.  Flew some “nurses” in from Shanghi.  The North Pacific has never seen anything like this party.  My boys are having a good time.
