Ok I figured by definition that if you brought it up then u had some doubt so I figured the best way to handle was to just do a clean roll. Whatever you feel is most appropriate is fine with us.

Play fast and accept the errors that may occur.
If you are the axis try to go for a VC win.
Or try to go for an undeniable income, positioning, and TUV advantage.In other words play fast or play hyper aggressive. People struggle with playing hyper aggressive, because they think it is a silly concept to take chances and roll dice… but this is a dice game and the art of playing aggressively is maximizing every % odds for every battle you plan on attacking or defending. People say my games are crazy, but I always min/maxing everything.
Decisions are too arbitrary.

Have you checked that the transport is actually EMPTY of the infantry? and that the infantry is actually on the island?
Sometimes it may look like it’s on the island, whilst still being in the transport, in the sea zone.

Yes, Axis left the Allies fleet not much options. Everything is pretty covered. But, they (options) exist. Good news for us, if you don’t see.
