Russia has always viewed Finland and Karelia as part of the Russian empire and they have merely been reclaimed. We have removed the forces which were a direct threat to our territorial integrity but have no desire for further bloodshed. Spain is conducting an inspection of the army to inquire why certain operations in Andalusia were not carried out on the previous turn as instructed by the king.  Following the report of the commission, the king hopes to receive the UK ambassador with all due ceremony to discuss a cease fire next turn.  Rumors are circulating around Madrid about the spies in Andalusia pouring water in the gunpowder of certain forts.

Spain declines the offer of alliance with France, being content with open borders.

The king will decline any other changes as Madrid is now taking a siesta.
