    That is correct.  Kamikazes can only target surface ships.

    I am fairly certain that China cannot repair facilities or use them in any way but let me skim the FAQ.

    According to Krieghund, China can’t repair bases.

    Though I was wrong in that China can use them.  Although there are no airbases anywhere China can take now (and I’m not sure if they could be allowed to scramble if there were because that would take the unit outside China … but at least they would get the +1 movement bonus hypothetically).

    The US can’t assume control of Dutch territory directly from the Dutch, unlike ANZAC/UK.  The US can only control Dutch territory if they’re taking it over from the Axis.

    VERY interesting game.  i’ve made a couple missteps i think.  however, they have presented some potentially lethal opportunities.

    if i do a naval battle i will always wait for ool.

    That’s a perfect example of where I’d prefer to call OOL round by round.

    I’d prefer not to risk dumping planes into the ocean if I can help it.

    well, i don’t know if i made the best move or not but having thought about it on and off all day, i wanted to make the moves before i forgot about all the factors i was juggling.  VERY COMPLICATED.

    great game.  allies are much more difficult to play.
