    J1 makes for a really tricky game doesn’t? Gives initiative to the Allies in many respect. Last time I declared war J1, I got wacked (I don’t understand why the strategy is so popular).

  • I think I might continue doing it. In retrospect, I would’ve gone 10I on G1. I didn’t decide I was gonna J1 until the last minute, though. Oh well. Live and learn. Placing 26 units G2 was kinda neat, though - not gonna lie. And it’s totally changed how I’m going to start playing Germany.

    Anyway, glad to see another transport go to the bottom of the sea.

  • Well, that’s the most polish I could put on that turd… A little air freshener and it would be a pine-turd-scented polished turd. That stupid UK carrier cost me a ton in the med… 3 rounds it took to kill that g-d thing with a destroyer, 2 cruisers, and a battleship, and cost me a destroyer and a hit on the battleship. If it took only one round to kill it, I’d have had a 66% chance of facing the counterattack with a full undamaged fleet, and I’m not sure if you make that attack at probably the cost of all of your navy and 2 planes.

    Another painful lesson learned. I’d like some lessons where I can learn them without getting killed.  :lol:


  • The Germans are a gentle, peace-loving people who only responded to hostile Czechs and Poles in defending what was rightfully theirs. I’m not sure why you would be surprised that they would be spending their time on a sight-seeing trip in what is now the northern-most Italian territory… Italy is quite nice at this time of the year, particularly the Italian cities of Riga and, to a lesser extent, Vilnius…

    Well, that’s the most polish I could put on that turd… A little air freshener and it would be a pine-turd-scented polished turd. That stupid UK carrier cost me a ton in the med… 3 rounds it took to kill that g-d thing with a destroyer, 2 cruisers, and a battleship, and cost me a destroyer and a hit on the battleship. If it took only one round to kill it, I’d have had a 66% chance of facing the counterattack with a full undamaged fleet, and I’m not sure if you make that attack at probably the cost of all of your navy and 2 planes.

    Another painful lesson learned. I’d like some lessons where I can learn them without getting killed.  :lol:

    The Germans are a gentle, peace-loving people who only responded to hostile Czechs and Poles in defending what was rightfully theirs. I’m not sure why you would be surprised that they would be spending their time on a sight-seeing trip in what is now the northern-most Italian territory… Italy is quite nice at this time of the year, particularly the Italian cities of Riga and, to a lesser extent, Vilnius…
