United Kingdom - Continue at war

Kingdom of Prussia - Continue at war
Sweden - maintain neutrality

Ottoman Empire - maintain neutrality or accept offers of open borders
Russia - Continue at war

I’m not very fluent in Spanish, although some may say my writing in Spanish isn’t really worse than my scribblings in English.  :)

You and the others need 6. The Turk, England and France need 8.

So, We cannot attack someone unless we are at war with them during this phase?

[Witt]

You could declare war in this phase if you are at Ceasefire and then  attack the same turn,
or you can attack a nationwith which you are already at war.
If at Ceasefire you cannot ask for an Alliance until you have gone through Open Borders first. Equally, from Alliance to War, again you have to go through Open Borders or Ceasefire(two rounds still).
