    i don’t mind if there are no dice thrown but when there are dice rolled then you want to change the noncom later, that becomes problematic.

    yeah, you’re right. But we’ve been so permissive so far in that game that i thought this would be ok.

    As you can figure it out, i forgot that you got Wind and i thought i could get my UK NO.

    If that’s not ok with you, then just ignore my updated map and go with the 1st map posted.

    please do not be offended, and if i have permitted something like this in the past i apologize but i generally never allow a combat move change after dice have been rolled on a turn (yes this was just a walkin but dice were rolled and you are asking to change a combat move while you are in noncom).  if you can show me where either of us has allowed a change in a combat move in a turn dice were rolled then i will consider it.  that’s one of the bigger points of the game i think, that combat moves are locked in once dice are rolled in the turn.

    i will go ahead with italy for now, if you can show me where either of us allowed such a change in the past we can allow this one.

    Its not a big deal either way it is more the precedent.  This has officially reached epic game proportions so from here on out lets play it that combat moves are locked in once dice are rolled?  You can do all the noncom editing you want, as usual, as long as I havent rolled dice on my turn after yours.  Even then u can still ask, I just may not allow if it is relevant to strategy or the dice just rolled.
