i would guess any changes for the russians would be only in noncombat and placement?

Honestly, i would be very tempted to say no…
For several rounds, i’ve forgotten to place some subs into sz97 (when the med was all mine), or to activate Turkey, or to move some units here and there…Move the german fleet in the pacific if you wish, but the stack in Wind will stay there. It’s not as if this move had the potential to totally change the course of the game…

yeah, it’s nothing earth shattering i had planned, just forgot to look on the pacific side but had every intention in my plans to move that german stack back into the action. :-)

That said, feel free to move your german see units in the pacific if you want before you play Japan.

although it wasn’t terrible. this next round will tell the story!! come on, reel off a 10% fighter roll like i so often do in big attacks like this!
