If you’ve come here, looking to get your own copy of the rules to the Nova Game Designs edition of Axis & Allies, I am now able to help you … courtesy of another web site.
With help from Krieghund, I was able to post the rules as a file on Boardgamegeek.com. You can find it as a file under Axis and Allies.
