edited a few things. moved a couple more mech to s. italy and the art from s to n italy. placed 3 mech in france and traded the transport for an inf and mech and placed in w germany.
question - are you allowed to not place all units if you have the available production capacity to place them? ie, are you forced to place everything you buy or can you keep in reserve?
