Does anyone know why British fighters cost 12 IPCs while everyone else’s cost 10? Is this a typo or is this suppose to be like this?

It´s a print error. it costs 10 for everyone.

Yes it is a typo. I believe it has been fixed on later manufactured version. But I used to think that the Spitfires used to cost more :lol:

1. The FAQ for Axis and Allies (I don’t have it on me, look on Avalon Hill’s website) fixes the cost from 12 to 10.
2. RAF pilots got TONS of chicks. Birds. Whatever you call 'em. Me, I’d buy a 12 IPC fighter for that.

Glad to finally know that. That sure put a cramp on my purchases when I was the UK player. 12 IPCs was a *@#$%!
