How is Europe 1940 SE different from Global 1940 SE?
Please give me the differences ONLY.
I am wondering because I want to take global 1940’s game xml file for triplea and just remove all pacific stuff, that way we end with europe 1940 se.
thx,
veqryn
There’s just a few differences…
USA has different NOs for the theater games. In Europe 1940 SE its:
When the United States Is at War:
20 IPCs if the United States controls both Eastern United States and Central United States.
Theme: Basic national sovereignty.
5 IPCs if the United States controls all of the following territories: South Eastern Mexico, Central America, and West Indies.
Theme: Defense treaty and trade obligations.
USSR has an additional NO…
When the Soviet Union Is at War:
9 IPCs if the Soviet Union controls Novosibirsk.
Theme: Units and resources being recalled from the eastern territories in response to the Axis threat.
And, of course, there are no ANZAC units in Egypt.
And unlike Global 1940 SE, no British infantry are removed from Egypt, so Egypt still has 2 British infantry in Europe 1940 SE.
