Hey all - rules question….when you take over a territory that has a major complex, it is supposed to be reduced to a minor - and then if retaken, the next turn the owner can spend the money to upgrade back to a major, correct?
I took over EUS, but the map seemed to indicate that the complex was still a major - not a minor…

Yes, majors are always knocked down to minor on capture. After USA takes it back, a turn later USA could upgrade it back to major, yes.

OK - that is what I thought, but, in tripleA, the US shows BOTH complex types there - its like it never removed the major…

USA complexes are a bit buggy because of the auto-upgrade, I suppose
I never run across this because I never see USA territories taken
