It’s not Alpha3, it’s 2nd edition.

Only differences are 1 less infantry to Egypt (British)
Korea added as a territory Russia can’t attack in the messy Mongolian rules.

I think maybe I figured it out.  I’m replacing map 3.1 with 3.6, which appears to have 2nd edition.  Let me know if I’m on the right track…. ;)

latest triplea is 1.6.1.4, latest global map is 3.6
