    Dear Norse elite:

    We have discovered another rules misinterpretation.  The Soviet-Mongolian defense pact is canceled when the Soviets attack ANY Japanese controlled territory that borders Mongolia.  I wrongly thought that this only applied to the territories Japan ORIGINALLY controls (meaning Jehol and Manchuria).  I would not have taken Suiyuyan with the Soviets if I had understood this fact.  Are you ok with us not taking Suiyuyan with the Soviets?  If this were to change anything for you, feel free to adjust.
